25+ years in repossession. Chris has been an agent at some of the most respected repo companies in the country, and has been with United since 2005 — as an Agent, Field Operations Manager, and Agent Training Director, and now leading Recovery Master. He has trained hundreds of agents.

Ludovic runs the business side of Recovery Master — the scheduling, logistics, and operations that keep every cohort full and moving. From the first reservation to the last day of class, he makes sure the program runs smooth so the trainers can focus on what they do best: the field.
